Set up your workspace.

Start with your login, then prepare contacts, a message and your Meta connection. This release does not send campaigns.

1. Sign in and secure your account

Open the campaign manager. Use the account created during installation or your workspace invitation. Enable the authenticator in Account settings and store recovery codes privately. Public registration and password recovery use emailed verification links when configured by the owner. New customers receive their own workspace after verifying their email.

2. Add your WhatsApp channel

In the manager, open Channels. Use the actual values associated with your sending business. Enter secrets only into your private channel settings.

FieldWhere it comes from
Phone number IDYour Meta app → WhatsApp API setup. This is an ID, not the +country-code phone number.
WhatsApp Business Account IDWhatsApp API setup or WhatsApp Manager account information. It is different from the business portfolio ID.
Access tokenA Meta token with access to the selected account and the WhatsApp permissions needed by the integration. A temporary test token is not a durable production connection.
App secretMeta App settings → Basic. Used for validating incoming Meta webhook signatures.
Webhook verify tokenYour private random value, matching the value you enter in Meta’s webhook configuration.
Callback URLCopy the exact workspace webhook URL shown by RxDreams into Meta. Do not invent a route.

Open Meta for Developers. Screen labels can change. Save the channel and run its connection check. A successful read-access check does not mean live sending is implemented.

3. Import contacts

Open Contacts and import your CSV. Map name and phone fields, including country codes. Review duplicates and invalid numbers. Only include recipients who have agreed to receive messages from the sending business; preserve the source and scope of permission.

4. Prepare a campaign

Open Templates to prepare the message or inspect approved Meta templates, then Campaigns to choose an audience and create a draft. Map every message variable, preview the result and run the available rehearsal. A local draft is not Meta template approval.

5. Before live delivery becomes available

Live dispatch, a background queue, scheduling, retry handling and production delivery tests still need implementation. Account eligibility, approved templates, billing and current messaging limits must also be checked. Do not schedule a launch against the current release.

Can I just connect the WhatsApp Business app on my phone?

That simplified flow is planned. It requires Meta Embedded Signup and an eligible Business App coexistence flow. A generic WhatsApp Web QR scan is not the Cloud API connection this tool needs.

Where do I get help?

Contact RxDreams with the screen name and error text. Do not include passwords, access tokens, app secrets or recipient lists.
